Shipping and Return Policy

Delivery in Kuwait (within 24 Working Hours)

Orders can be placed at any time before 12 Midnight.

Select shipping option while placing your order:

1. Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose an eligible shipping address within Kuwait no P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.

Note: Sometimes when shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at the main hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery time/date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

Note: To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a main hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. Return and Refund Policy

You are requested to confirm the delivery of your online order on our website www.vipcentre.com once the delivery of the item has been accepted.

Cancellation of orders will be entertained only within 12 hours from the time of purchase. The electronic proof of delivery (POD) will be considered for confirmation of the delivery of the goods and after receiving the electronic proof of delivery from our couriering agency; we consider the order to be delivered.

At Vip Centre we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products displayed on our website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

In case of any defect or variation, please return the product within 5 days from the date of delivery with its original invoice for refund or replacement. No Refund will be provided but a code of the same amount will be provided which can be redeemed on your next purchase at www.vipcentre.com.In such a case, the item being returned should be unused, returned in its original packaging with all the labels intact and in a resalable condition. The merchandise will not qualify for refund or replacement after it has been altered. Vip Centre will examine the product after it is received to determine whether it's a case for refund or replacement. Items damaged after use will not qualify for refund or replacement. Vip Centre holds the right to determine whether the item qualifies for refund or replacement.

You can return the merchandise to any of the nearest Exclusive Vip Centre Stores or send it back to us by courier to vipcentre. Our showrooms are located at Mubarakiya,Hawally & Farwaniya. The list of our exclusive stores with respective addresses is provided on our website.

Please follow the wash care instructions strictly. Any defect in the product arising due to non-adherence to wash care instructions will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Customers are requested not to accept any goods that have been damaged in transit. Please do not accept deliveries of any item whose outer cover/package is damaged or tampered with, else our returns policy will not hold. Vipcentre reserves the right to determine whether the item has been damaged in transit or damaged after delivery or during use. Please get in touch with us so that we can guide you in returning the product.

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. vipcentre.com offers a Cash on Delivery option for all orders above KWD10 for most delivery addresses.
